Our Totapuri Mango concentrate is definitely aromatic and retains its natural freshness for a very long time. Totapuri mango has smooth homogeneous structure, thick skin of greenish yellow colour. It is known for its flavour, free from fermentation, caramelisation and off-tang. In making concentrate, its water volume is reduced, viscosity is thickened and strength is enhanced. Totapuri mango concentrate is fully centrifuged, homogenised and thermally processed. Our hermetically sealed packs maintain taste and scent as it is. You can cherish the goodness of Totapuri mango concentrate in ice creams, confectioneries, yogurts, puddings, bakery fillings and much more.
