Our frozen cauliflower can be cooked in the same way you would cook fresh cauliflower. It has an added benefit of being pre-cut, ready to use and devoid of sogginess. We hand-harvest them only when they are absolute white and compact. They are kept away from sunlight to avoid any discolouration. Cauliflower is a good source of glucosinolates, better than other cruciferous vegetables, which helps in inflammatory diseases, digestive issues, detoxification systems and immune system (vegetable should be slightly sautéed to gain most benefits). When it comes to cauliflower forced cooling aids in enhancing its quality and reducing its pungency. Hence, we cool the crop immediately after plucking, and process it soon after.
