Banana Puree

Banana is a complete food that can be taken by person of any age group. Infants above six months of age cannot be given whole banana, but they can be fed banana puree. The production of puree is done at a commercial scale in plants adjacent to fields, and packed in aseptic plastic liners. The final product can be used by end customer in ice creams, baby food, cakes, pies, milk shakes, bakery items and many other items. Banana puree is widely used as a spread long with peanut butter. We make use of latest fruit processing technology to keep banana puree refreshing. Bananas are blanched and treated to adjust its Ph balance to its natural flora.
